Transport properties measurements
We measure the transport properties of semiconducting and semi–metallic materials in the temperature range from RT to 900 °C, with an error of less than 5 %.

Materials sintering using SPS method
On individual orders, the company performs densification of supplied powder materials using RACS technique, in the temperature range up to 2000 °C.
